A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Alexandria basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
Small cracks in a Alexandria foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Alexandria foundation wall right now.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Alexandria homeowners connect to a basement problem.
No two Alexandria basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
A flooded Alexandria basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews pull the standing water and start drying the space the same visit.
